Maintenance/calibration/verification
Properly maintenance on your bolting tools increases the reliability of your tools and reduces the chance of damage, failure, breakdown and discomfort on a later moment.
AnMa-TECH’s team has the right knowledge and resources to carry out maintenance on your bolting equipment properly and efficiently. We have short lead times and you will always get a quotation in advance when your tool needs something other then the standard activities. So no unforeseen costs afterwards.
By having your tools periodically verified and/or calibrated, you can be assured of the correct torque output of this tool. We can calibrate all types and brands of torque wrenches and they are also checked on our dynamic test setup.
We also verify pressure gauges; if they deviate too much, we can recalibrate or replace them. All electrical equipment also undergoes a NEN-3140 inspection.
All reports are stored digitally and the tools are provided with a QR code. By scanning this code with a smartphone, the report and, for example, the torque chart are loaded, so that the calibration report is always present with the tool. QR-code.
